今回は、「食、栄養」をテーマに、札幌保健医療大学教授の岡本智子氏をお迎えして、開催いたしました。
皆様から事前にいただいた質問にお答えいただくことから始まり、だんだん細くなる食事への対応、持病とのかねあい、認知症で特定の調味料をとりすぎるという悩みなどについて、現実的なアドバイスや考え方のヒントをたくさんいただけた時間となりました。
我慢を強いることより、量と回数を調整して心理的負担を減らしたお食事で、日々の笑顔が見られることの大切さを再確認した回になりました。
岡本先生、ご参加くださったみなさま、ありがとうございました。
